POSH Pads are extremely absorbent, but not bulky. They mold to your breasts, unlike contoured pads that may or may not fit you. The standard size is 4.5 to 5 inches in diameter. Beautiful and so soft, POSH Pads shout comfort!

Posh pads use bamboo fabric because it is one of a few fibers that are naturally antibacterial. No sprays and chemicals used. So it won't cause allergies or skin conditions. The thermal characteristics offer great breathing ability; keeping moisture away from the body.
ECO Friendly, as they are a wash and wear pad. No more rough, plain-jane white disposables. Just wash on gently in cold and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
Use and Care
Because we want your POSH Pads to last as long as you decide to breastfeed, we recommend that you wash them in cold water on gentle cycle and allow them to air dry. Most have found that if they wash their POSH Pads along with their babies clothes in a specialty "baby laundry detergent" it makes caring for your POSH Pads quick and easy.
NEVER use fabric softners with your POSH Pads, as this will take away their ability to wick moisture away from the body.
Our POSH Pads come packaged in a reusable delicates drawstring carry bag, so you can place your POSH Pads in this convenient bag while not in use or for an extra pair tucked into the diaper bag. This bag can also be used to wash your POSH Pads.

Yes
After nursing as much as I have, Ive used quite a few different nursing pads. Disposables at first. When I first used these, I felt like my breasts could breathe! The organic flannel is so soft and the pads are ridiculously absorbent! I should know, I leak like a faucet! I just throw them in the wash when Im done using them and theyre good as new! I would and have recommended these to all my prego friends and family!
