IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BLOOM BABY PRODUCTS EXCHANGE POLICY
Unopened Returns:
* We will accept returns and provide a credit as long as the product is unopened and remains in its original packaging within 10 days of being delivered. If a customer does choose to return an unopened product, there are two options:
1. We automatically charge a $35 restocking fee if the item is shipped back to us within 10 business
2. We charge a $60 fee and send a call tag.
Please notify us which option you have chosen at time of notifying a return.
Damages:
* Please notify us of any damages (packaging or product itself) within 5 days of the delivery date. We also request that you submit images of the damages
Replacements:
*During the warranty, The Manufacturer will happily issue any replacement parts needed at no charge if damage is due to a manufacturer defect. After the warranty has expired, any requests for replacement parts may be subject to a small fee.
